Are there smoking rooms or smoking areas?

In accordance with Taiwan’s Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs in the room. A designated smoking area is available in the 1F outdoor garden.

Yes. Baby cribs, sterilizers, bathtubs, bottle warmers, and baby chairs are available upon request at the time of reservation. Items are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I purchase Taiwan High Speed Rail (HSR) tickets with my hotel booking?

HSR tickets can only be purchased when booking through our official website. They cannot be added after booking or via phone reservations.

What is the cancellation policy in case of typhoons or natural disasters?

If a natural disaster (e.g. typhoon land warning or earthquake causing transportation disruption) occurs on the day of check-in, please contact the reservation team at +886-2-8964-3968 within three days (including the check-in day) to arrange cancellation.

What is the deposit policy for online reservations?

According to Tourism Administration regulations, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required for online reservations. According to current regulations, cancellation penalties apply as follows: * Same-day cancellation: 100% of the prepaid deposit will be forfeited. * 1 day prior to check-in: 80% of the prepaid deposit will be forfeited. * 2–3 days prior to check-in: 70% of the prepaid deposit will be forfeited. * 4–6 days prior to check-in: 60% of the prepaid deposit will be forfeited. * 7–9 days prior to check-in: 50% of the prepaid deposit will be forfeited. * 10–13 days prior to check-in: 30% of the prepaid deposit will be forfeited. * 14 days or more before check-in (inclusive): Full refund of the prepaid deposit. * 1Note: Special promotions or limited-time offers may follow a separate cancellation policy. The pool is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00, with a cleaning break from 12:00 to 13:00. Guests will be separately informed of any maintenance closures. Pool access is limited to registered guests during their stay, and will not be available before check-in and after check-out.

When will my deposit be refunded?

A deposit of NT$2,000 per room, per night is required at check-in. If no additional charges are incurred, the deposit will be refunded in full at check-out. The deposit can be paid in cash or via credit card pre-authorization (a temporary hold, not an actual charge). Cash deposits are returned immediately, while credit card pre-authorizations typically take 2 to 4 weeks to be released, depending on your issuing bank.

Are toiletries provided in the room?
