What are the check-in and check-out times?

What are the swimming pool hours? Can I use the pool before check-in or after check-out?

The pool is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00, with a cleaning break from 12:00 to 13:00. Guests will be separately informed of any maintenance closures. Pool access is limited to registered guests during their stay, and will not be available before check-in and after check-out.

Is the pool heated? Are swim caps required?

The pool is at ambient temperature and not heated. Swimwear is required, but swim caps are not.

Can I see the New Taipei Christmasland light display from the hotel?

Rooms on the same side as the event venue do not offer a direct view of the main Christmasland light installation, but the venue is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

When will my deposit be refunded?

A deposit of NT$2,000 per room, per night is required at check-in. If no additional charges are incurred, the deposit will be refunded in full at check-out. The deposit can be paid in cash or via credit card pre-authorization (a temporary hold, not an actual charge). Cash deposits are returned immediately, while credit card pre-authorizations typically take 2 to 4 weeks to be released, depending on your issuing bank.
